Tritanium eXtend High Compression Arm Sleeves are scientifically designed arm sleeves and provide graduated real medical compression (20-30mmHg) support to arms without motion restrictions and they are suitable for all-purpose sports including disc golf.
These are the same arm sleeves worn by Simon Lizotte. We've brought them in from Finland and we're the only place you can get them in the United States.
Due to optimal gradual compression, eXtend Arm Sleeves provide improved energy, better performance and faster muscle recovery to arms. They also prevent injuries and minimize muscle soreness and fatigue in arms. Combined with lightweight, strong, and specially weaved seamless structure eXtend Arm Sleeves are ideal for all-purpose intensive sports as well as for preventing and healing minor arm injuries.
Note: The package contains one (1) Arm Sleeve

The four numbers on a disc tell you the discs’s flight characteristics: speed, glide, turn, and fade.
Lower speed ratings typically translate to a disc being easier to throw, but may not go as far. Higher the speed, further they’ll fly, but they are more difficult to throw.
Glide tells you how much it wants to stay in the air.
Turn indicates how much it wants to turn to the right at high speeds. -4 will turn more than -1.
Fade tells you about the end of the flight. The higher the number, the stronger it will finish to the left.
