Par: Automatically enrolled when you join. Enjoy basic benefits like earning points on every purchase, plus a one-time free shipping code.

Birdie (500+ points): Earn points faster, receive a monthly free shipping code, and enjoy increased rewards on reviews.

Eagle (1250+ points): Unlock the highest rewards including the fastest point accrual rate, exclusive product access, and monthly VIP specials.

Each tier is designed to offer more value as you engage more with our brand.

Points earned during our initial launch will expire at the end of February 2026. Moving forward, points will expire at the end of each calendar year.

We’ll notify you via email as soon as you qualify for a new tier. You can also track your progress anytime on your account dashboard.

You can exchange your points for rewards like discount coupons or free shipping.

For example, redeem 650 points for $5 off, 1000 points for $10 off, and so on. We’ve designed these thresholds to offer you value while keeping our rewards program sustainable.

Select the Rewards or Gift icon in the bottom left of your screen. Then select "Ways to Redeem" followed by the reward you are looking for.

Take the generated code to checkout and input it for the reward.

As a member, you’ll receive a free shipping code once you’re in the Birdie tier. When you reach Eagle, you’ll enjoy free shipping on a monthly basis. You can also use 500 points to unlock a Free Shipping code at any time.

Yes! All purchases—whether online or in-store—earn you points. Our new platform ensures seamless tracking across channels so that every interaction counts towards your rewards.

If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be adjusted accordingly. We encourage you to reach out to our customer support for any questions about returns and points adjustments.

We'll host many bonus events—offering extra points for select actions—to keep the rewards exciting. These events are designed to boost your points faster, and we’ll announce them through with our email newsletter.
