In making the leap from Electron, the Plasma Nomad picked up an extra hint of fade — bringing its premium plastic flight numbers to 2 | 4 | 0 | 1.5.
Designed by the World Champion himself - the Nomad has everything James Conrad desires in a putter. From the depth and shoulder height, all the way down to the size of the small bead - the Electron Nomad is James’ vision of an ideal putter. Expect a neutral flight inside the circle, with some fade kicking in at circle two - making the Nomad great at holding anhyzer or hyzer angles when need be. The Nomad is exactly how James wants a putter to feel in his hand, and exactly how he wants them to fly. Comfortable, with a clean and consistent release, the Nomad is ready for your disc golf journey - how far will you take it?
Plasma from MVP Disc Sports
The four numbers on a disc tell you the discs’s flight characteristics: speed, glide, turn, and fade.
Lower speed ratings typically translate to a disc being easier to throw, but may not go as far. Higher the speed, further they’ll fly, but they are more difficult to throw.
Glide tells you how much it wants to stay in the air.
Turn indicates how much it wants to turn to the right at high speeds. -4 will turn more than -1.
Fade tells you about the end of the flight. The higher the number, the stronger it will finish to the left.
