It's light, it's fast, yet still easy to grip and control. The Sapphire is designed to be the perfect partner to the Diamond, our most popular Easy-to-Use fairway driver. With the Sapphire you will get that extra speed and stability in your disc arsenal. It has a slim profile for smooth releases, and it is easy to get a good grip, especially for those of you with smaller hands.

Words from disc designer Tomas Ekström about the Sapphire: "When I designed the Sapphire I had three main goals in my mind. The first was to make a faster Diamond which can go longer and be a natural step up for the Diamond fans. The second was to achieve a rim that was easy to grip with a shallow feel, even if it's wider than the Diamond. The third goal was to achieve a step up in stability, because I think all Diamond fans would love to have a faster driver with a bit less high speed turn."

Retro Burst from Latitude 64

With Burst technology the amount of burst and variety of colors in each disc will vary.

For a long time Latitude R&D have had requests that we should make discs that could be broken in more easily. Test after test after test led us to this new plastic blend that was named Retro. It has an incredible feel and excellent grip even when the weather compromises your hold on your favorite disc.

Based in northern Sweden, Latitude 64 has led the way with innovation. With a dedicated staff looking at how to push the limits of the sport, Latitude 64 has discs for all skill levels and something to cover every shot in your bag.

The four numbers on a disc tell you the discs’s flight characteristics: speed, glide, turn, and fade.

Lower speed ratings typically translate to a disc being easier to throw, but may not go as far. Higher the speed, further they’ll fly, but they are more difficult to throw.

Glide tells you how much it wants to stay in the air.

Turn indicates how much it wants to turn to the right at high speeds. -4 will turn more than -1.

Fade tells you about the end of the flight. The higher the number, the stronger it will finish to the left.
