Firebird is the most popular headwind driver of Innova. Its speed and overstability enable throwing reliably even in headwind. Firebird is also well suitable for long S-curve shots. The disc is popular among players throwing forehand and upside down.

Colors will vary from disc to disc. When electing a color, you are selecting the pattern of the dye itself.

Star I-Dye from Innova

Star I-Dye discs are individually colored for a one of a kind look and the disc in the product picture may differ from the disc you will receive with your order.

Star Line plastic is created with a special blend of grippy, resilient polymers. Star Plastic offers almost the same outstanding durability of the Champion Plastic, plus improved grip like our Pro Plastic. High performance, longevity, and superior grip make Star Line discs the ideal choice for your game.

Innova Discs started in 1983 and have been at the forefront of disc golf ever since. Based in Rancho Cucamonga, California, Innova Discs has a full line of discs from putters to distance drivers in many popular plastic types.

The four numbers on a disc tell you the discs’s flight characteristics: speed, glide, turn, and fade.

Lower speed ratings typically translate to a disc being easier to throw, but may not go as far. Higher the speed, further they’ll fly, but they are more difficult to throw.

Glide tells you how much it wants to stay in the air.

Turn indicates how much it wants to turn to the right at high speeds. -4 will turn more than -1.

Fade tells you about the end of the flight. The higher the number, the stronger it will finish to the left.
