Innova is calling the Jay their most point-and-shoot midrange yet. Sporting a microbead, the Jay is an all-purpose midrange that can handle strong power throws while also flying great at lower speeds. It's a bit more torque resistant than other midranges in their lineup, but it doesn't have a very powerful fade.

A lower profile design is easy to hold and leads to a clean release.

Champion Line is produced with a hi-tech plastic that provides outstanding performance and durability. Champion discs are distinguished by a clear or pearlescent plastic. The Champion Line discs retain original flight characteristics for an extended period of time. Whether used in heavily wooded situations, or on extremely rugged courses, the Champion Line plastic will continue to perform predictably and avoid damage better than any other plastic. Originally designed for professional players, Champion Line discs are usually more stable than the same model in Pro, R-Pro or DX.

Innova Discs started in 1983 and have been at the forefront of disc golf ever since. Based in Rancho Cucamonga, California, Innova Discs has a full line of discs from putters to distance drivers in many popular plastic types.

The four numbers on a disc tell you the discs’s flight characteristics: speed, glide, turn, and fade.

Lower speed ratings typically translate to a disc being easier to throw, but may not go as far. Higher the speed, further they’ll fly, but they are more difficult to throw.

Glide tells you how much it wants to stay in the air.

Turn indicates how much it wants to turn to the right at high speeds. -4 will turn more than -1.

Fade tells you about the end of the flight. The higher the number, the stronger it will finish to the left.
