The Axiom Discs Tempo is an overstable putter that can handle torque and strong backhand drives. It was first released at the 2023 Circuit Challenge and this release is the first one since then. It isn't the most overstable putter available, but it will certainly fade.

Preorder Details

Our preorder is closed. The disc is part of Phase 1 of the 2024 OTB Open discs and is set to release at Midnight Eastern Time on May 1. Orders will begin shipping as soon as we are allowed to ship.

Orders containing preorder items will be temporarily put on hold, and then shipped together in a single package.

Proton Soft from Axiom Discs

Proton Soft is a polymer blend that offers high durability and is designed to withstand the roughest conditions. Proton Soft plastic is produced with some of the most durable plastics in the industry. This blend has a softer touch than traditional Proton.

Axiom Discs is a direct spin off of MVP Disc Sports. While they carry the overmold Gyro style from MVP, they bring a whole new line of colors and designs. From high speed drivers to putters, Axiom Discs can really brighten up any bag while also helping lower scores.

The four numbers on a disc tell you the discs’s flight characteristics: speed, glide, turn, and fade.

Lower speed ratings typically translate to a disc being easier to throw, but may not go as far. Higher the speed, further they’ll fly, but they are more difficult to throw.

Glide tells you how much it wants to stay in the air.

Turn indicates how much it wants to turn to the right at high speeds. -4 will turn more than -1.

Fade tells you about the end of the flight. The higher the number, the stronger it will finish to the left.
