The Axiom Discs Neutron Balance is finally here! The third disc in the Simon Line created by Simon Lizotte, the Balance has been through quite the history to get here. Three different prototypes were released to make the Balance exactly what Simon wanted. The v2 Prototype is what Simon picked and will serve as the main stock disc.

The Balance is a stable-to-overstable midrange sitting between the MVP Reactor and Axiom Pyro.

The flight is overstable enough to handle some power and decent headwinds while still being quite controllable for a midrange. If you have a stronger arm, you'll get a nice, straight flight with a predictable fade at the end of the flight. Those with slightly slower arm speeds will find a nice overstable midrange with a little extra fade.

The Special Edition sports a stamp from Mike Inscho. The special editions are a one and done product. If you are wanting one, this is the time.

Neutron from Axiom Discs

Neutron is a high quality polymer blend that offers a premium look and feel while maintaining the excellent durability of Proton plastic. Neutron is your go-to polymer for continued, reliable performance in all conditions.

Axiom Discs is a direct spin off of MVP Disc Sports. While they carry the overmold Gyro style from MVP, they bring a whole new line of colors and designs. From high speed drivers to putters, Axiom Discs can really brighten up any bag while also helping lower scores.

The four numbers on a disc tell you the discs’s flight characteristics: speed, glide, turn, and fade.

Lower speed ratings typically translate to a disc being easier to throw, but may not go as far. Higher the speed, further they’ll fly, but they are more difficult to throw.

Glide tells you how much it wants to stay in the air.

Turn indicates how much it wants to turn to the right at high speeds. -4 will turn more than -1.

Fade tells you about the end of the flight. The higher the number, the stronger it will finish to the left.
